Shipping

1. Express worldwide shipping via FedEx®: 3-5 business day
IMPORTANT NOTE: for Express shipping buyer is obliged to submit a phone number, which require companies to express mail (FedEX or DHL) in case they do not find you at home that they can contact you.
2. Standard international shipping via Pošta Srpske takes up to 3 – 30 business days:
• Countries of the ex Yugoslavia 3 – 10 business days,
• Europe 7 – 15 business days,
• Russia 15 – 30 business days,
• USA and Canada 12 – 30 business days,
• Other non-European countries 15 – 30 business days.
The delivery time may vary, especially on holidays. Please, be patient, because we can’t be responsible for delays and losses.
– For shipping we use your Sanitrade shipping address and not the PayPal one. Please, make sure it’s correct.
– You can change shipping address after purchase if your order has not been shipped. Please, contact me with the correct address as soon as possible.
