Long pieces of tulle wrapped around a 3/8″ hard grosgrain ribbon wrapped headband to resemble troll hair. Headband height measures about 8 inches. Includes a tulle bow to secure the “hair” together. All are made on a one-size-fits-most hard headband. Height of tulle can vary by age/size. Fits children and adults!
