The ends of this metal headband are bent for a comfortable fit. Next, the prominent cat ears are heated and formed, then once cooled, the crystal settings are soldered into place. The previously formed cat ears are then soldered onto the flat comfort-fit headband & once all the metal parts are again cooled, the rhinestone crystal pieces are securely glued into each silver setting. It should also be noted that the back of each rhinestone is mirrored to impart the maximum possible sparkle.
