The fabric stretches by an inch or two however there are no returns or exchanges. I would normally exchange or charge a 30% restock fee however with this particular delicate pure white colored gown/dress there is a no exchange, or return/refund policy once the package seal has been broken, in order to ensure that all our clients receive brand new gowns in mint condition.
