IMPORTANT NOTE!
The hoops underskirt is NOT included to the price. You can wear it with smaller or bigger round hoops underskirt, tulle petticoat or NO underskirt as you love it most.
What you have to send when you place an order:
1 Waist round measurement (cm or inch). Not too tight. Measure as you feel it most comfort because waistband is NON stretch. I will tailor the waistband the number you send me.
2 Straight line from waist to floor. This is not skirt length.
3 If you want to change the color. NO EXTRA COST.
4 Phone number for delivery.
