Here’s you chance to do as much (or as little) finishing as you desire. Available in five stages. Choose the amount of finish you desire from the drop down menu;
1. Raw blank cleanly sheared from large aluminum sheet
2. Sheared to size & corners sheared 1/4″ radius-needs edge work
3. With corners sheared & hole punched
4. Ready to stamp with the corners sheared and then the edges and corners are worked with an abrasive wheel to smooth sharp shear edges.
5. Finished-corners sheared, edges worked, but with no hole punched

1/4″ x 7/16″ and 1/8″ x 5/16″ oblongl holes and other round sizes are available. Leave a note if you want something other than the standard 1/4″ round hole.
1/2″ radius corners are available-leave a note if you want 1/2″.
