This dress made from cotton Toyobo smooth texture and medium thick material, I wish I was a good enough poet to describe the luxurious feel of the cotton that I used for this dress. It has sweetheart neckline, elastic on the back to adjust with your body, white chiffon ruffle layers inside skirt and white flower lace around outer skirt.
For picture purpose We use a petticoat / tulle skirt to show how wide the skirt is. To achieve the puffy look you will need to buy a tulle skirt, we sell it separately.
