True vintage 1950s blue green floral party dress with nipped waist full skirt and velvet adorned waistline. Cowl neck adds volume to small chest accentuating the nipped waist further. Side metal zip. Tulle lined skirt. No stains, holes, mending or major condition issues. But small amount of tulle seems to be missing from the back lining. Not noticeable when worn. Shown with an without crinoline. Excellent vintage condition.
